It is painful to read about a wife who deserved soooo much better, but accepted soooo much less. Read Leave A Cheater, Gain A Life by Tracy Schorn. Trust me you will thank yourself later. Or you can keep feeding your cheater all those things he or she is entitled to, being above keeping promises to you, getting what they want at any cost (your health, finances, security, your sanity, your soul).Ps-Why does not matter and there is no such thing as “foolproofing a marriage”

Honest, Alarmingly revealing about her husbands wandering. I found it helpful in understanding the male need for sex. It was painful to read at times. I would recommend it to anyone whose husband has been unfaithful and they are looking for some way to cope. A difficult situation for anyone to recover from and all help out there is worth it.
I was quite impressed with the level of honesty in the book. Right or wrong, it was an explanation of what they felt was happening as the events unfolded from their separate perspectives. Having been in a marriage where my husband had a number of affairs, it gave me an insight into maybe why he made the decisions he did. It certainly gave a male perspective. My husband kept insisting it didn't have anything to do with me, and as unbelievable as it still seems to me, Jim also said how much he loved Peggy through it all. I find his logic flawed when asking for an open marriage - but it was honest for him.
